In the spring of 2026, two of our trainers, Elbert and Anna, traveled to Romania and Germany to deepen their knowledge of outdoor education for young people. They spent one week in each country, learning through hands-on experiences and immersive training programs.

In freezing temperatures, carrying heavy backpacks, and surrounded by unfamiliar people, they explored the fundamentals of outdoor education, youth work, and group dynamics. By being thrown straight into challenging real-life situations, the learning went far beyond theory, becoming a powerful experience they will never forget.
